Original artwork purchases are handled directly through Vivid Impressions Gallery and may involve different pricing, shipping methods, and timelines than our made‑to‑order products. Availability of original pieces is not guaranteed, and all sales are subject to confirmation. Because each original work is unique and irreplaceable, additional packaging, insurance, and shipping arrangements may be required. Final details, including delivery estimates and costs, will be provided before payment is accepted. Vivid Impressions Gallery is not responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control once the artwork has been shipped.

All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to our production partner for printing and fulfillment.
Typical processing times:
• Art prints and posters: 2–5 business days
• Mugs: 2–5 business days
• Other print‑on‑demand items: 2–7 business days
Processing times may be longer during holidays or periods of high demand. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships.
Shipping Times

• Canada: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, the product type, and the carrier’s current rates. No additional handling fees are added.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the package is scanned by the carrier.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it once the correct address is provided. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Damage or Issues

Returns
Original artwork sales are final, as each piece is one‑of‑a‑kind.
