Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Vivid Impressions Gallery is a small, artist‑run business. Most products are made to order through trusted third‑party fulfillment partners, and original artworks are handled personally. Because of this structure, all refunds and replacements must follow the guidelines outlined below. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.

General Refund Policy

Most items in our shop are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size or color choices, or changes of mind.
Refunds are only issued in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include the following so we can assist you quickly:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days.
We will work with our fulfillment partner to correct the issue and send the proper item.

Non‑Returnable Items

Because all print‑on‑demand products are created specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns for:
• Unwanted items
• Incorrect size or color selections
• Items that were delivered correctly but no longer wanted

Original artwork sales are final.

Original Artwork Refunds

Original artworks are one‑of‑a‑kind pieces handled personally.
Due to their unique nature, all original artwork sales are final and non‑refundable.
If an original arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can work with the carrier on a claim.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out.
We will contact the carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate.
Refunds for lost packages are handled on a case‑by‑case basis depending on carrier confirmation.

Order Cancellations

Because products begin production shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you need to cancel, contact us immediately.
If production has not yet started, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

• Your name
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos (if applicable)

We will respond as soon as possible.
